The Stone Canoe Editor is Robert Colley, Associate Dean, University College, Syracuse University.
For Stone Canoe Issue Number 6, the guest editors are as follows:
- The Stone Canoe Drama Editor is Kyle Bass, playwright and resident dramaturg for Syracuse Stage. Bass is also on the faculty of the M.F.A. Creative Writing Program at Goddard College in Vermont and teaches playwriting for the Syracuse University Drama Department.
- The Stone Canoe Fiction Editor is Paul Cody, author of four critically acclaimed novels, former professor at Cornell University and Ithaca College, and former associate editor and writer for Cornell Magazine.
- The Stone Canoe Film Editor is Nancy Keefe Rhodes, arts journalist and member of the national Women Film Critics Circle and a pre-screener for the Syracuse International Film Festival. Rhodes' reviews and interviews have appeared in such publications as Cineaste, Stylus magazine, and Fanzine.
- The Stone Canoe Nonfiction Editor is Jennifer Brice, author, journalist, associate professor at Colgate University, and associate director of the Colgate University Press.
- The Stone Canoe Poetry Editor is Bruce Smith, professor of English and creative writing at Syracuse University and author or five poetry books including The Other Lover, a finalist for both the National Book Award and the Pultizer Prize.
- The Stone Canoe Visual Arts Co-Editors are Yvonne Buchanan and Doreen Quinn. Yvonne is a professor of art and design at Syracuse University, best known for her prize-winning illustrations for children's books and major publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The Nation, and the Los Angeles Times. Doreen is a professor at the Pratt Munson Williams Proctor Art Institute in Utica, NY.
- The new Stone Canoe Music Co-Editors are Neva Pilgrim and Steven Stucky. Neva is the founder and artistic director of the Society for New Music and hosts and produces Fresh Ink, a classical music program on National Public Radio. Steven is professor of composition at Cornell University and will be composer-in-residence with the Pittsburgh Symphony for the 2011-2012 season. Steven also won the Pulitzer Prize in 2005 for his Second Concerto for Orchestra.
- The Stone Canoe Technology and Engineering Editor is Jerrold Heller, an alumnus of the L.C. Smith College of Engineering and Computer Science at Syracuse University, a current member of the S.U. Board of Trustees, and the recipient of two Emmy Awards for outstanding acheivement in engineering development.
The Stone Canoe Guest Editors for the inaugural issue were Michael Burkard (poetry), Daniel Torday (fiction), Johanna Keller (nonfiction), and David MacDonald (visual arts). Cotributing Editor was George Saunders.
The Stone Canoe Guest Editors for the second issue were
Paul Aviles (poetry co-editor), Michael Burkard (poetry co-editor), Davd Lloyd (fiction) and Marion Wilson (visual arts).
The Stone Canoe Guest Editors for the third issue were
Eric Gansworth (fiction), Philip Memmer (poetry), and Gail Hoffman (visual arts). Contributing Editors were Mary Lee Hodgens and Thom Ward.
The Stone Canoe Guest Editors for the fourth issue were
Jennifer Pashley (fiction), Charles Martin (poetry), and Kim Waale (visual arts).
Contributing Editors for issue 4 were: Kyle Bass, Doran Larson, Nancy Keefe Rhodes, and Martha Zvonik.
The Stone Canoe Guest Editors for the fifth issue were Kyle Bass (drama), Phil LaMarche (fiction), Nancy Keefe Rhodes (film), Harriet Brown (nonfiction), Minnie Bruce Pratt (poetry), and Lynette Stephenson (visual arts). Contributing Editors for issue 5 were Doran Larson and Marion Wilson.
The Stone Canoe Web Designers are Denise Heckman, Associate Professor of Industrial and Interactive Design, College of Visual and Performing Arts, and Philippe Pascal of Philippe Pascal Media & Marketing, The Netherlands. Heckman is being assisted by students from her department.
The Stone Canoe Design Consultant is Adam Rozum, a freelance designer who divides his time between Upstate New York and Mexico.
The Stone Canoe Art Director is E. L. Cummings Serafini.
The Stone Canoe Production Manager is Karen Nadolski.
The Stone Canoe Web Technology Consultant is Michael Frasciello.
The Stone Canoe Assistant Editors are Allison Vincent and Martha Zvonik.
